Each product is controlled by documented manufacturing methods and instructions.  Compliance to blueprint specifications is monitored through the inspection of key features at regular intervals during the manufacturing process.

Material test reports, vendor certifications, and inspection reports are completed and retained on all parts manufactured by Airborne Industries Inc. Certification for each customer's needs is available upon request.

Our experience in material manufacturing and assembly includes a wide variety of products which include interior sound controlling and insulation panels, access panels manufactured from honeycomb composites and stamped metal, vacuumed formed plastic products, seat cushions, custom fit cockpit carpeting, and other miscellaneous accessories.
